Developing a wide range of test rigs is integral to providing high quality, long-lasting repairs. We’ve got rigs in place for all types of automation equipment including variable speed drives, PLCs, CNC machine tools and lift drives. They enable us to test your parts under load so that we know they will be 100% functional upon their return.
Knowledge Management System
We’ve designed and built our own in-house knowledge base which is filled with engineer write ups on every part we’ve repaired. This means all of our engineers have access to in-depth knowledge about thousands of automation parts, their common faults and how to fully test them.
