Preventative Maintenance
You know the old saying prevention is better than cure? This is also true for automation parts and is why we carry out a preventative maintenance service on every repair we complete. This means we replace every single serviceable component within your part, such as capacitors, relays and fans. This dramatically reduces the chance of future failure due to aged components.
Program Backup
We understand that for many customers the programs and parameters within their drives and PLCs are more valuable to them than the part itself. Wherever possible we back these up so that we can reprogram or reparameterise them before returning them to you. We can also provide you with a copy of your programs and parameters so that you have a copy for the future, simply ask one of our sales team for more information.
